What will you find available in our cottages?

  • Fully equipped kitchens with all dinnerware, bowls, utensils (NEW in 2020:  New Pots and Pans)
  • All appliances including stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, traditional coffee maker w/filters)
  • Clean bedding with extra blankets and pillows (NEW in 2020: Pillows)
  • Toilet paper (2 rolls)
  • Hand soap
  • Dish soap (affectionately called “Delta Dawn”)
  • Paper towel (2 rolls)
  • Trash bags (2)
  • Window air conditioning unit
  • Electric heat
  • Firewood, kindling, paper, matches for units with fireplaces/woodstove
  • Parking next to cottage
  • Weber charcoal grill
  • Picnic table
  • Clothes line with pins
  • Smoke detectors
  • Carbon monoxide detectors
  • Fire extinguisher
  • Community fire pit (wood, kindling, fire starter available at pit)
  • Hot dog and s’mores sticks (located at fire pit)

  • Badminton set complete with rackets and shuttle cocks

  • Ephraim public beach access – less than 5 minute walk

What do we need to bring with us for our stay at the cottages?

  • Towels: bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, kitchen towels, kitchen wash rags/sponge
  • Extra:  toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags
  • Spices: local health department law does NOT permit us to leave salt and pepper in the cottages
  • Kitchen items: foil, ziploc bags, saran wrap
  • Personal Items: shampoo/conditioner, shower gel, shaving items
  • Charcoal and lighter fluid (sometimes we have this leftover from other guests – please ask)
