Ruann will continue the Larson Legacy. The history of Ephraim Village Cottage is one of heritage and heartfelt hospitality, woven into the fabric of the charming village. Originally part of the Larson Cottages owned by Daryl’s grandparents, the property holds the legacy of family ties and community spirit. In the late 1960s, Daryl's parents, Roger and Norma, expanded this legacy by transforming a parcel of land into Meadowview Cottages. This quaint resort welcomed guests until its evolution into Ephraim Village Cottages after a 2006 buyout. Fast forward to 2020, Daryl reclaimed the family tradition, becoming the third generation owner. By reserving a stay at Ephraim Village Cottages, guests agree to the following terms. Failure to comply will result in immediate boarding of the pet at an outside facility, cleaning fees, and guest will no longer be allowed to bring a dog(s) when staying with us. 1. Occupancy & Access • 2. Capacity: A strict limit of one dog applies to Cozy Brook (North/South) and Fireside (North/South) cottages. • 3. Authorized Areas: Dogs are only permitted in the specific cottage where they are registered. Bringing a dog into a non-pet cottage will result in a $100 cleaning fee for that cottage. 4. Supervision & Behavior • 5. Crating: Dogs must be crated when left unattended. If your dog cannot tolerate a crate, they must accompany you off-site. • 6. While it shares a generous front yard with Meadow View I, it is thoughtfully separated by hedges from Meadow View III.... --- ## FAQs URL: https://ephraimvillagecottages.com/faqs/ Check in is at 3:00 p.m. on the date of arrival.     The guest making the reservation will receive a door code the day before arrival which is active at 3:00 p.m. and is available for the duration of the stay.Check out time is a firm 10:00 a.m.   We are unable to allow late check-outs due to the size of the property and our agreement with our housekeeping contractors.There are nightly minimums for each stay depending on the cottage and the time of year.  Minimum nights run between 2 - 7.  Two night minimums are frequently found mid-May through mid-June; after Labor Day in September; and the last week of operation each year which is the last week of October.   At times there are gap stays that may be 1 - 3 nights during peak season.  Gap stays are posted on the Facebook Page and are first-come/first-serve.  In addition, Saturday check-out is often not available because of housekeeping availability.  If you have questions about minimums, please text:  920.559.2517 for clarification.... ---
