Cozy Brook North is a quaint cottage with a large picture window, galley kitchen and good size bedroom. It is set back from the rest of our cottages and sits next to the creek that runs along the side of the property.
This cottage features a living room with fireplace, a large flat screen television, two arm chairs (no couch) books and games, a galley kitchen complete with new cookware, a King size bed, and a bathroom with stand up shower. Parking is in front of the cottage.
Note: This is a duplex cottage that has a locked adjoining door with Cozy Brook South next door and can be unlocked by management to make this a two bedroom/two bath cottage.

Sunnyview Cottage

The perfect retreat for two. Sunny View will book solid for the entire year so if you see this cottage open, don’t wait to reserve. Sunny View is decorated in a very sunny, yellow, sunflower theme. Brand new luxury vinyl and carpeting throughout. Guests enjoy a sunken living room with fireplace, large flat screen television (perk: we’ve included an Amazon Firestick with this cottage) visible in both living and dining areas, games and books, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with numerous windows, full bath with shower, and a cozy bedroom with double bed and closet. (We are unable to increase the size of the bed in this room. The bed is a double bed. Note that the bed sits up against the wall.)
This cottage sits closest to the main house and overlooks the lightly traveled Hidden Spring Road. Parking is directly in front of the cottage and right by the front door.

How do reservations work?
We have a three night minimum for all stays outside of peak season. Peak season (All of July and the first half of August) stays are a minimum of 7 nights in most cases. There are a few exceptions where we have five or six night stays during peak. And in even rarer instances we have two and three night reservations available when there are gaps between longer guest stays. We advertise short stay availability on our Facebook page and these reservations are first come, first serve. We take reservations over the phone and via email (preferred). For those that like to make reservations on their own, we offer an online reservation portal through this website. ALL reservations require a deposit. What is the deposit requirement?
All reservations required a 50% deposit. The deposit is 50% of the subtotal. The subtotal is the cost of the reservation (room, dog lodging fee, and cleaning fee if applicable) before taxes. Deposit is due within 2 weeks after the reservation is made. Reservations made via phone or via email require a check or money order deposit sent to: Ephraim Village Cottages, PO Box 173, Ephraim, WI 54211 (we are not responsible for deposits mailed to our physical address). Reservations made via the online reservation portal also require a deposit which is charged at the time the reservation is made. The balance for all stays is due upon arrival via cash or check (preferred) or via credit card. All reservations must have a credit card on file.
Are there cancellations + refunds?
To cancel a reservation you must email: cottages@ephraimvillagecottages.com If you are opposed to email, you may call: 920.559.2517 and speak with Ruann. We will swiftly refund deposits via the method the deposit was sent for reservations cancelled with a minimum of 45 days notice from the first day of the reservation. If a reservation is cancelled within 45 days of the first day of the reservation, we will only refund deposit money for days we are able to re-rent. If we are unable to rent the cancelled dates, we will not refund deposit money. Guests that bounce a check are charged $50. This policy does NOT apply to any reservation made via VRBO or AirBnB.
