Bayview I

This cottage is the perfect family getaway.  Not only is it steps away from Ephraim’s sand beach and Eagle Harbor but it is one of the two biggest cottages on the property and sits right next to the creek that runs through the property.  This cottage is the lower unit of a two story building. Each unit has it’s own entrance.

Bayview 1 offers three bedrooms (two queen beds and two twin beds), a full eat-in kitchen complete with new cookware, a large living room with fireplace, large flat screen television, fully equipped kitchen,  games and books, full bath and a deck complete with deck chairs which is perfect to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail.  This cottage includes a private bbq grill and private picnic table. This cottage faces Water Street (aka Hwy. 42) which runs along the water, has a huge front yard and is across from the public beach.

Parking is behind the cottage and can accommodate 3 vehicles or 2 vehicles and a trailer (cannot stay attached to vehicle).

Bayview II

Meadow View II

(Cottage has a 5 p.m. check-in)

This cottage the perfect place for a large family.  It sits on the front of our 3 acre resort and faces a large wooded area and quiet Larson Lane. It shares a very large front yard with Meadow View I but is separated by hedges from Meadow View III. This cottage has an incredible living room completed with a large picture window, large flat screen television, comfortable sofas and chairs, relaxing beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and full bath.

Deck chairs rest on the covered porch and are perfect for morning coffee or an evening cocktail.  Cottage has its own bbq grill and picnic table.  The children’s play ground is behind and to the right of the cottage as is the communal fire pit.  This cottage shares a driveway/parking with Meadow View III.  Parking is right next to the cottage porch and supports three vehicles parked bumper to bumper or a vehicle and a boat trailer/bikes/kayaks.  Front yard is big enough to set up portable shade tents and to play yard games.

Meadow View III

This cottage the perfect place for a large family.  It sits on the back of our 3 acre resort and just went through an interior renovation that included paint, laminate flooring, and new bedroom carpeting. This cottage has an incredible living room complete with a large picture window, large flat screen television, seating for the entire family, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bath, and three bedrooms (two queen beds and two twin beds).

Deck chairs rest on the covered porch and are perfect for morning coffee or an evening cocktail.  This cottage is close to the children’s play ground and communal fire pit and shares a driveway with Meadow View II.  Parking is right next to the cottage porch.  Driveway is big enough for three cars parked bumper to bumper or a vehicle and a boat trailer/bikes/kayaks.

This cottage is on the front side of our 3 acre resort.  It faces a Cedar tree wooded area and quiet Larson Lane.   It includes a front yard and sits closest to the children’s play ground and communal fire pit.

How do reservations work?

We have a three night minimum for all stays outside of peak season.  Peak season (All of July and the first half of August) stays are a minimum of 7 nights in most cases.  There are a few exceptions where we have five or six night stays during peak.  And in even rarer instances we have two and three night reservations available when there are gaps between longer guest stays.  We advertise short stay availability on our Facebook page and these reservations are first come, first serve.  We take reservations over the phone and via email (preferred).  For those that like to make reservations on their own, we offer an online reservation portal through this website.  ALL reservations require a deposit.  To make a reservation, call:  920.559.2565 (talk only) or 920.559.2517 (text first – will call you back) or email: cottages@ephraimvillagecottages.com

What is the deposit requirement?

All reservations required a 50% deposit.  The deposit is 50% of the subtotal.  The subtotal is the cost of the reservation (room, dog lodging fee, and cleaning fee if applicable) before taxes. Deposit is due within 2 weeks after the reservation is made.  Reservations made via phone or via email require a check or money order deposit sent to: Ephraim Village Cottages, PO Box 173, Ephraim, WI 54211 (we are not responsible for deposits mailed to our physical address). Reservations made via the online reservation portal also require a deposit which is charged at the time the reservation is made.  The balance for all stays is due upon arrival via cash or check (preferred) or via credit card.  All reservations must have a credit card on file.

Are there cancellations + refunds?

To cancel a reservation you must email:  cottages@ephraimvillagecottages.com  If you are opposed to email, you may call:  920.559.2517 and speak with Ruann. We will swiftly refund deposits via the method the deposit was sent for reservations cancelled with a minimum of 45 days notice from the first day of the reservation.  If a reservation is cancelled within 45 days of the first day of the reservation, we will only refund deposit money for days we are able to re-rent.  If we are unable to rent the cancelled dates, we will not refund deposit money.  Guests that bounce a check are charged $50.  This policy does NOT apply to any reservation made via VRBO or AirBnB.
